We are profoundly relational beings, and relationships shape us. It is in relationship that we discover who we are, experience both love and injury, and find that healing becomes possible.
To be mentored in love is to explore our inner and relational worlds—and the enduring human journey toward greater connection, wholeness, and full aliveness. We do this through the practice of deep dialogue—with others and within ourselves.
Along the way, we may discover that home is not only a place. It is a way of traveling—a sanctuary we create within ourselves and with those we love.
About Nedra
A life devoted to the wisdom of relationship.
My work has been devoted to understanding the conditions that allow love to become safer, wiser, and more conscious. Through psychotherapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, professional training, writing, and dialogue, I help people listen more deeply, reclaim lost parts of themselves, and discover the wisdom that can emerge between us.
I am a licensed psychologist, couples therapist, educator, author, and Senior Faculty member of the Imago International Training Institute.
